How to turn off switch primary & secondary buttons in Win 7 - Mac Mouse

I screwed up - I checked off "Switch Primary and Secondary Buttons" in Win 7 Control Panel - now I can't UNCHECK it with my 1 button mouse? Tried google but nothing is working - how do I turn it off WITH a 1-button mouse? HELP!
